I have been going to Dr. Ruff since 2018. He’s been wonderful the entire time. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable and does everything he can in the best interest of your pet. Today I brought my cat, Gordon in for a checkup and my truck’s AC was broken and I had an hour trip back home (I drive that long to see him because he’s the best I’ve found) and he gave me an ice pack for my sweet boy to lay on for the ride back so he wouldn’t overheat. I adore everyone there for everything I do, and I’m so lucky to have him as my veterinarian. (Also has the best name for a vet ever)
I’ve lived in this town for about 20 years and have had many pets growing up, and this is hands down one of the greatest vets I’ve ever known. I receive a lot of care for my animals, and everyone is very friendly. I never leave without answers or help. Amazing staff. Dr. Ruff is a fantastic vet.
Dr Howell at Bay is fantastic! She was gentle with my dog, who is very afraid of the vet, and was clear and kind to me when answering all my questions. The front desk staff is also great! I will be bringing the rest of my animals to Dr Howell.
The staff and Dr. Ruff have always been kind, compassionate, and have gone above and beyond with their service. They sent me a sympathy card after my soulmate passed and worked with me when my lab ate one of his toys.
They are amazing, Dr Ruff is the best in town, and the staff is so wonderful and always willing to help. They even carried my baby while I loaded animals.
